The face of Cobble Hill is very steep and ungroomed with stubble that makes it skiable and/or boardable only with a lot of snow.  Consider it a black diamond trail suitable for only the best from the top, 300 feet vertically above the paraglider landing zone below.

Fortunately, Sharp Park also has a network of logging trails suitable for cross country skiing and snow shoes.  There is also a trail to the top that is not quite as steep as the face.

Bring your own equipment.  We do not rent skis, boards or snow shoes yet.  Let us know if you would like us to pick up a fleet.

Helmets are required for downhill skiing or boarding but not cross country skiing or for snow shoes.  Bring your own or borrow one from us free of charge.  All skiing, boarding and snow shoeing is at your own risk.
